1. Standard delivery time:
Order processing time after payment: 1-2 business days. The order processing deadline for the day is 3pm GMT+8:00.
Generally, orders are shipped within 3-7 working days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed over the weekend may experience delays. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays. In these cases we will take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
We have local warehouses in Germany, United Kingdom, United States, France, and Spain. We will choose the fastest delivery method based on the inventory of the goods and the customer's address.

2. About tracking number
After arranging the delivery, it generally takes 1 working day to provide the tracking number via email. This may take longer during events or holidays, please understand.
However, we will update the tracking number for you in time, so that you can check the status of the goods and the receipt status at any time. If you have any questions, you can send us an email, and we will deal with it in time for you.
3. Cancel the order
If you contact us promptly after purchasing, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment has been completed but your package has not been shipped, you may cancel your order before the item ships. We will refund your money in full.
Please note that the order cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
4. About tax
